As a community reliant on our design and building tradespeople, we depend on a strong workforce to ensure our future success. Touch a Trade is a community event that inspires elementary, middle, and high-school children with engaging hands-on experiences of tradecraft. It is a way of introducing children and families to potential career paths in the trades, from a young age.

Mason Lord, Founder Partner of Hudson Valley Preservation and member of the Touch a Trade planning team will share photos and videos from the inaugural touch a trade event. This is the first step toward bringing this successful event to Martha’s Vineyard in Fall of 2024 as part of the MVBA’s 10^th anniversary celebration. Join us to help shape this hallmark event for our community!

This event is FREE to all in attendance and requires registration in advance.

Beer, wine and light appetizers will be served
